Having suffered a few injuries since 2020 my list is short... I'll be ready for 2021 and beyond the list will now grow!

What are your future plans with Majesty?

Reinvest in my passions of exploration, with Majesty under my boots! I would love to see the production facility. As a past Ski Company owner and manufacturer this would tie it all together. To see the processes that deliver the most superior build quality in the industry would be exciting. Do a tour in the Tatra Mountains and add that range to my list!

Where are you from and where do you live now?

I grew up in Northern Ontario, Canada but have been living in Western Canada for 10 years. Currently have routes firmly planted in Revelstoke B.C.

      Your favorite mountains?

It's almost impossible to pin down a favorite. The Columbia Mountains and the Canadian Rockies in the springtime.

      Your home ski area?

While I have a season pass for Revelstoke mountain resort you can find me deep in the Monashee Mountains at Sol Mountain Lodge most of the winter where I work as a ski touring guide.

What was your first experience with skis?

I have been skiing for as long as I can remember thanks to my parents. I spent my teens competing in Park and Pipe but after taking an avalanche course in 2011 I have mostly been on the skin track ever since.

I have been known to cry and question my life choice on the sharp end of a climbing rope.

      Why Majesty?

Great shaped and incredible quality while planting trees at the same time. Who doesn't love trees and skis?

Where are you from and where do you live now?

I live in Yukon, Canada but I grew up in Gatineau, Quebec. You know, where the poutine was invented!

      Favorite mountains?

I'd say Alaska but I don’t really have a favorite spot. For me, the most important thing for having the best time of your life isn’t where you are but with whom you are.

      What's your home ski area?

White Pass, BC. It’s a mountain pass through the Boundary Ranges of the Coast Mountains sitting on the Alaska-BC boundary.

What was your first experience with skis?

I’m a late bloomer. I played hockey and had no skier friends so when I was a kid and a teenager, skiing wasn't an option for me. Then, 12 years ago, I met a girl who skis. I skied for the first time on a bunny hill when I was 23! It was really easy for me so after one run on the bunny hill I decided that I was ready to hit the big slopes. I knew at that moment that my life would never be the same. I told my girlfriend that from now on, my life would be all about skiing.

      What are your favorite sports/hobby/activities?

Skiing, of course! Also mountaineering, hiking, fly fishing, running and hockey.

      Why Majesty?

Innovative, creative, environmental sustainability, authenticity and passionate about bringing to life the best of the adventurers, with the goal to redefine skiing. Majesty respects my motto: Less ego, more fun!

How long have you been with Majesty?

2021/22 will be my second season as a Majesty brand ambassador.

What are your achievements with Majesty so far?

Let’s talk again at the end of the season :)

What are your plans for the coming ski season?

Inspiring and making people aware that it is when we are in the company of this beautiful Nature that we understand its vulnerability and the importance of preserving its wild state. Every one of us is a part of Nature and we are all connected to her, every action has an effect on each other. Nature is our real home. Also, sharing the passion for the outdoors, inspire people to get out of their comfort zone, and transporting them to a world of extreme bliss and love for life. Skiing is not just a sport. Skiing is a community. Skiing is the people. Less ego, more fun!

Where are you from and where do you live now?

Currently based in Carbondale, CO but grew up in Washington State, where it’s steep, deep, and sometimes quite wet. Though I think the high moisture content helps to build strong quads. Haha.

      Favorite mountains?

Mt. Baker, WA. The in-bounds terrain, access to incredible backcountry, and the great community… but the North Cascades, in general, are something to inspire lore. Currently based out of Carbondale, CO I’m getting pretty excited about the local range, the easy access to a zone that reminds me a lot of the PNW, and the proximity to the San Juans.

      Your home ski area?

Highlands, Aspen, CO will be my local hill this winter. Excited for the new terrain, great views of the Elks, and uphill access.

What was your first experience with skis?

I switched from skiing to snowboarding in college. I was working for an adaptive ski organization helping folks with disabilities get out on the snow. I took a few clinics from some coworkers and figured I was ready for the steeps, went over to the steepest pitch at the local hill, Alpental, and just kind of decided to send it. It was pretty moguled out but it was spring so they were big and a bit forgiving… Fortunately, I only tomahawked less than I can count on two hands, kept both of my knees fully intact, and haven’t touched a snowboard since.

      What are your favorite sports/hobby/activities?

Skiing, mountain biking, climbing, and writing music.

      Why Majesty?

A few years ago, I fell hard for the Majesty Vixens… they were my do-everything skis. Light and nimble for the uphill but could still stomp in a competition, and I haven’t looked back since - they keep getting better and better! I can’t wait to try out my new quiver in the CO Rockies and touring PNW volcanoes in the spring.

How long have you been with Majesty?

      Nearly 5 years. :)

What are your achievements with Majesty so far?

Teaching some women’s-specific ski clinics, some fun lines in the Cascades, successful freeride competitions, and connecting with some incredible folks across the ski-world.

What are your future plans with Majesty?

Go on long walks through some big beautiful terrain that I haven’t yet explored, check some inspiring lines of the tick-list, and continue to help build and empower communities around women and skiing.
