Pre-Order Fulfillment Windows
Due to increased import costs, we won’t be stocking the new 2026 models in the U.S. this season. To ensure availability and offer the fastest, most efficient delivery to our U.S. customers, we’re providing three fulfillment windows:
- Window 1: Orders placed by November 1 will be shipped by November 30.
- Window 2: Orders placed by December 1 will be shipped by December 31.
- Window 3: Orders placed by February 15 will be shipped by March 15.
We aim to fulfill all orders within the stated windows, though please note that delays may occur during peak seasons due to more complex customs clearance and logistics.
