Modern freeride skis, classic edition.
A freerider's dream, the Destroyers are versatile freeride skis constructed to meet all the requirements of modern freeride. Designed with a beautiful wood veneer top sheet and a classic matte finish, these high performance, handcrafted freeride skis use tip to tail poplar-ash wood core that delivers stiff flex and extreme stability. The front elliptical rocker supports smooth powder rides without experiencing the effect of “popping up” to the surface of the snow or feeling the terrain unevenness. In powder, you will experience the skis effortlessly pushing away the top layers of the snow. When skiing hard-pack the Destroyers use nearly the entire length of the ski and deliver great stability at high speed. The shape of the skis and their camber profile give the Destroyer perfect responsiveness, great power transmission from the skier to the ski and a secure, smooth edge-to-edge hold. The aerodynamic shape and predictable ride properties make these directional freeride skis prove their worth not only during freeride ski adventures on the wildest of slopes but also during serious competition events. The skin mounting heels enable easier and more secure skin attachment that you'll appreciate during your freetouring ski treks.
When you buy your Destroyer freeride skis, you are buying modern freeride experience wrapped in a timeless, classic wooden design. If you are shopping for charging, responsive, all-access, advanced freeride skis, the Destroyer was handmade just for you. If you are an expert skier looking for true performance and aggressive powder freeride, we recommend that you also take a look at the Hypernaut Carbon powder freeride skis.
Disclaimer: The top sheet finish of our classic wooden line of skis is constructed of 100% natural wood veneer. The same tree can never be found twice in nature and therefore the final look and character within the top sheet pattern of each pair of wooden skis is based purely on the natural beauty of the raw material supplied by Mother Nature. The wood finish of the skis you receive is guaranteed to be distinctly unique and not identical to the image presented on this website.
