First, I want to say that all of us at Majesty appreciate every single one of you; we are grateful for your business and your continued support of the brand. We could not do this without you!
This past year has been a challenge for everyone. For us in the outdoor industry, the continuous production disruptions, rising prices, availability of raw materials and logistical delays have been tough. Many of our customers, both on the wholesale and retail side of the fence have been patiently waiting for their pre-season orders and I'd like to provide a brief status update.
The reality is that our incoming shipments have been late and we've been receiving inventory piecemeal due to general logistical congestion. In October we were able to successfully deliver the majority of early pre-season orders and now some incoming shipments including our online store orders have been delayed longer than we expected. We hoped to resolve this backorder pileup by early November but it now looks like we may need to push backorder deliveries till later in November for most of our skis and bindings orders, while some of the 2022 eyewear products may be delayed further into early to middle of December.
We are doing everything in our power to minimize delivery delays but are dealing with challenges we don't control. Please rest assured that as soon as backordered products are received, all online orders will be fulfilled with utmost priority. We thank you for your patience.
